WEST PALM BEACH, FL. (November 17, 2020) – Moving Minds, an award-winning on demand marketing and technology agency, today announced the relocation of its global headquarters to West Palm Beach, Florida. The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County (BDB) assisted the relocation with connections to the local community and access to talent.
With its new head office based in Rosemary Square, Moving Minds expects to double in size over the next three years, growing from 35 to more than 70 employees, contractors, and team members.
Founded in 2006, Moving Minds serves a global roster of clients ranging from venture-backed start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in technology, healthcare, financial services and digital services. These include Siemens, Citi, Schweiger Dermatology, HealthSouth, Axogen, Norwest Venture Partners and MasterCard.
“We are thrilled to announce the relocation of our headquarters to Palm Beach County,” said Lou Hughes, CEO of Moving Minds. “As a professional services firm, our growth is reliant on great people, and we believe Palm Beach County gives us proximity to a highly talented workforce. The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County (BDB) has been an incredible resource and partner for us as we enter the South Florida market and expand our footprint.”
“Moving Minds relocated to Palm Beach County to gain access to the large pool of talent here. The new global headquarters is located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach with plans to employ a total of 70 people over the next three years,” said Kelly Smallridge, President & CEO of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County.
Moving Minds enables clients to get to market faster and smarter with ‘Growth as a Managed Service.’ Companies rely on Moving Minds as their dedicated partner for driving growth and outsourcing their multi-channel marketing and tech programs. Moving Minds’ global team brings a diverse range of skills on demand, faster than internal resources associated with recruiting, hiring, and retaining a multi-channel marketing department, and at a fraction of the cost of full-time employees.
“Marketing is becoming more complex by the day. For venture, private equity-based start-ups and even mid-cap companies, internally hiring the array of skill sets necessary to drive comprehensive marketing programs is very challenging and expensive,” said Hughes. “Particularly as companies have downsized their marketing departments due to the weakening economic conditions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, Moving Minds gives forward-thinking organizations the ability to outsource their marketing initiatives, getting back to growth with a more agile, responsive approach.”
